Autumnal Wonders
Nature journaling in Autumn around the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
I’ve decided that it would be entirely lovely to do a regular nature journaling post so that I keep up my journaling habit throughout the year and embrace adventure! I hope that you might be inspired to do the same too.
I’ve kept a nature journal for a couple of years now and have been delighted in how grounding it can be. Just taking 5 minutes to sit outside and notice what you see/hear/feel is a real salve for the soul in this crazily busy world. I’ve nearly finished my current journal and will be sharing it in full shortly. In the meantime, here are some photos from 2024 so far.
Some Warm January Pages

February and March

Today I wandered around a lovely garden in the Adelaide Hills. Before the journaling, I had a million ideas lists running through my head. Just an hour wandering around the garden considering the tall pine trees and interesting flowers really fixed me! Here’s a little video I made about it on Instagram. Enjoy and don’t forget to go out and explore too.
With love and a dose of whimsy,
